SV 9 Competizione: Italian blood with an American heart
SV Motor Company has released more images of its latest creation, the SV 9 Competizione. Based on the Chevrolet Corvette, the Competizione offers its buyers a blend of American performance with Italian styling, inside and out. It is mostly made out of carbon fiber, while the interior is finished with Italian leather and burlwood or carbon fiber.
Power is channeled to the rear wheels, from a retuned Corvette-sourced LS3 V8 engine, that is capable of cranking out 450HP and 603Nm of torque. The bump in power (by 14HP), is thanks to a reworked air intake and a custom exhaust system. The SV 9 Competizione is able to sprint to 100 km/h in 4.0 seconds.
