Spyshots – Leaked Images

Is this the next generation Honda Civic?

Apparently what you see here is an image that depicts the next generation JDM Honda Civic, leaked to WoodysCarSite. The image, which we can’t confirm it’s authenticity, is ultra low-res hence we can’t really see it’s smaller design features but overall it does look a lot like the outgoing model.

The lower part of the front bumper looks a little too aggressive if you ask me. The new Civic is scheduled to be revealed sometime next year and will likely debut as a 2012 model. The JDM Civic, which is different compared to the Euro Civic is also sold as the Acura CSX, exclusively in Canada. Continue reading to view a blown-up version of the image.

Porsche Cayenne S with sports pack: leaked images

The Porsche Cayenne S shown above is believed to be kitted out with an optional sport pack. The image along with two more were sent to Worldcarfans by one of it’s readers. The images indicate larger wheel arches, body-coloured door moldings, a roof spoiler as well as quad exhaust tailpipes seen in the Cayenne Turbo. There is also new trim on the lower body, painted in body colour. The pack is expected to go on sale starting from April next year with an expected price tag of US$3000.

Official photo of 2012 Renault Clio 4 leaked?

This is apparently a leaked image depicting the fourth generation Renault Clio. The text on the leaked image indicate that the new Clio’s designation is added with a number ’4′, which should mean that it is a fourth generation model. The image was picked up by Autoblog.fr but the website wasn’t sure about the image’s authenticity. Couple of months ago in April we published a story containing two leaked images of the new Clio, also not fully substantiated.

Those image depict a model that is not finished, it could have been just clay model. This time around the leaked image is consistent but adds on more accessories such as door handles and headlights. The new Clio is expected to be powered by the same 3-cylinder gasoline engine used in the Nissan Mirca. It is unknown when Renault will unveil the new Clio however a prototype could be shown in Paris.

New Mercedes-Benz CLS prematurely revealed

This is the all-new Mercedes-Benz CLS that has been prematurely revealed thanks to a brochure leak. As always from a leaked brochure story, we don’t really have enough information to share with you apart from the obvious. As you can see the new CLS maintains the previous generation’s (now discontinued) “banana shape” and is now finished with design cues adopted from the Shooting Brake concept revealed in April.

In my honest opinion, I feel that the new CLS looks a lot better than the model it is going to replace, although I do feel that something is just not right about this new model. Perhaps its the front grille that points outward a little too much.

No complains about the interior though. The individual rear seating is still maintained while the dashboard design looks very much inspired by the CLS Shooting Brake. It looks very similar in fact, even the door cards look the same. The only major difference I can spot is a more angular centre console (the sides of it) and probably a different set on controls on the center dash.

The new Mercedes-Benz CLS is like to carry over it’s mechanical bits from the current E-Class and a high-performance AMG variant is expected too, featuring a force-inducted 5.5 liter V8 with about 540hp. More images of the leaked brochure can be found after the jump.

BMW to launch M3 Tiger Edition in China

M enthusiasts in China will soon receive a special edition version of the high-performance M3. Called the M3 Tiger Edition, the vehicle will sport a Fire Orange body colour seen on the M3 GTS. The Tiger Edition which celebrates the M3′s 25th anniversary and is named after the Chinese year of the tiger will also feature dark 19-inch wheels along with black air intakes, kidney grilles, rear spoiler and roof.

Those design updates and changes are quite tasteful but I can’t say the same for the tiger logo that will be used on the headrests and door sills. The other change in the interior is Novilla black leather stitched with orange thread. Pictured above is a spy shot of the vehicle shown at Xcar.

Audi A7 Sportback: Images leaked ahead of debut!

The all-new Audi A7 Sportback is set to make it’s debut shortly at the Pinakothek der Moderne art museum in Munich. However images of the Mercedes CLS fighter have been released prematurely and they indicate a vehicle that looks pretty much like the concept it is based upon, the Audi Sportback Concept which was released last year at the Detroit Motor Show.

The leaked images are only limited to four and they only show us the interior (front cabin only), as well as the front fascia and the side profile. The front end carries Audi’s current design language while the rear features a slopping roof line. It looks like the A7 Sportback has a tailgate while it’s interior looks pretty good. While we wait for the official reveal which should include more images, continue reading to check out the leaked ones.
