Protoscar LAMPO electric roadster to be unveiled at Geneva Motor Show!

Swiss based design company; Protoscar which also specializes in producing “Clean Cars” revealed via a press release that it will unveil its electric powered roadster called Protoscar LAMPO at the Geneva Motor Show this year which kick starts on the 2nd of March.

The LAMPO is powered by not one, but two BRUSA electric motors, one mounted up front and another at the back. The front motor’s job is to maximize regenerative braking and the rear is optimized for acceleration. Output is rated at 268HP and it kicks out 440Nm of torque! Not Bad!

Power is passed on to these electric motors by a lightweight lithium-ion battery pack with a capacity of 35kWh. According to Protoscar, the roadster is capable of a 200km drive range, on full charge. Tesla’s Roadster on the other hand is able to offer a 220 miles range, with 248HP and 375Nm of torque.
