Just for fun!
Bentley Mulsanne Cabriolet: Rendering by artist

Bentley recently revealed the Mulsanne sedan (which is rumored of sharing the same platform with the Bugatti Galibier) at the Pebble Beach Concourse event in Monterey, California. Since then, it has received mixed opinions and I personally feel that the front end is a little too ‘grand’. However, apart from that, it is as Bentley as you can get, with a plush interior and a mouth watering 6.75 liter V8 that can produce 505HP and churn out 1020Nm of pulling power.
Anyway back to the topic at hand. Photoshop expert Theophilus Chin whipped up a top-less version of the Mulsanne. The rear seats are maintained and it features a canvas roof, instead of a retractable hard top. This guy is really talented! Continue reading to view more images of the Bentley Mulsanne Cabriolet.

The Stig arrested in Dublin?
According to Top Gear’s website, The Stig has been arrested in Dublin, Ireland. Top Gear’s ‘tame’ racing driver was seen stopped by the local Garda on October 14th. The article started off with, “Big news straight out of Dublin: The Stig has been SENSATIONALLY ARRESTED by a FRIENDLY POLICEMAN following an ALLEGED INCIDENT of some kind.”
Apparently, there was also a witness. He or she said, “I didn’t see what happened exactly, but it was probably really bad. Maybe he punched a swan or tried to push one of the Hairy Bikers into the river. Again.”
Well I am sure you get the drift of it. Its definitely a publicity stint, since the report concluded with statement, “By freakish coincidence, the 2009 Top Gear Live World Tour will be stopping off in Dublin in December.”
Nissan GTR Convertible: Should it go into production?

After feeding our imaginations with the Citroen DS3 Convertible, Theophilus Chin whipped up another convertible version, but of a vehicle from the other end of the spectrum. So do you think Nissan should produce a convertible version of the GTR (which was recently launched in Singapore by Tan Chong), after looking at the image above? Continue reading to view more images.

Citroen DS3 Convertible by Theophilus Chin

Citroen has just launched the DS3 hatch which will take on the MINI. Hence, it is safe to expect the French auto maker to reveal more variations of the DS3 in the future, including a crossover, coupe, roadster (since MINI will add these two into its line-up), and like what you see above, a convertible! Expert photoshop artist, Theophilus Chin has worked his magic on the DS3 to create a roof-less version. Something tells me that the production convertible version will end up looking very close to the one above. Continue reading to view another image.

Bentley Mulsanne: Which front end design you prefer?

The Bentley Mulsanne was unveiled yesterday at the Pebble Beach Concours, and our friend, Theophilus Chin whipped up a slightly different front end for the Bentley that was called the Grand Bentley before its unveiling. To be honest, I am not a fan of the Mulsanne’s front fascia, especially those clear-type headlights. But, Theophilus made it look a little better (or should I say much better?), just by repositioning the fog / indicator lights. It makes the Mulsanne look ‘happier’. What do you think?

Michael Schumacher is The Stig!

BBC’s top motoring show, Top Gear has apparently revealed the true identity of the show’s track driver, The Stig, and its no other than 7 times Formula 1 World Champion Michael Schumacher. The German was revealed on the show’s first episode for its 13th season.
The most talked about character on Top Gear was walking into Top Gear’s studio and took off his helmet while sitting on the guest couch on set. So is he really The Stig, or is this just another marketing stunt by the producers of the show? I would very much pick the latter. I think that there are a few drivers behind The Stig’s true identity.
Prior to this, a number of personalities were linked to the identity including former British racing driver Ben Collins and reigning Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton. Continue reading to watch a short clip of the reveal. Read the rest of this entry.
