GTA Concept super car will be officially launched in April

Spanish-based GTA Motor has issued a press release that it will officially launch the GTA Concept super car at the end of next month, along with its official name. Based on a limited 99-unit production run, the GTA has been spending some time on the race track to complete its final preparation.

The super car is able to hit the 100 km/h mark in less than 3 seconds, and will go on to reach a top speed of slightly more than 350 km/h, thanks to a longitudinal, rear mounted V10 powerplant that is able to churn out 780HP and a tarmac cracking 920Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a seven 7 sequential-manual gearbox, with the option of an automatic system with paddle shift mounted on the steering wheel.

Featuring a Kevlar chassis, the GTA has a double wishbone suspension configuration with multi-regulation shock absorbers to choose the ride hardness and the possibility to raise the bodywork. Deceleration power is provided by 380 mm diameter carbon ceramic ventilated disc brake system with 6 piston calipers and ABS. There is also a panoramic roof that gives it an open air feeling. The roof also has a patented system of interior lighting and liquid crystal shading.

The GTA sits very close to the ground with specially made 19 inch wheels for the front and 20 inch for the rear end. Both sides are wrapped with 255/35 and 335/35 Pirelli Pzero tires, respectively.
