Frankfurt 2009: Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Sang Bleu, sold for 1.9 million Euros in Pebble Beach

Bugatti brought the recently unveiled, one-off Veyron Grand Sport Sang Bleu to the motor show in Frankfurt, but it did so with the permission of an unnamed owner, who parted with a massive 1.9 million Euros, when he or she purchased the ultra-rare model at the Pebble Beach Concours event.

The Sang Bleu was produced to honour Bugatti’s 100th anniversary and just like other variants of the Veyron, it has a 987HP quad-turbo W16 powerplant that can also produce 1250Nm of torque. The one-off model is treated to carbon fiber blue and polished aluminium. It is also finished with wheels that are inspired by the Grand Sport Roadster that are treated to Midnight Blue and Diamond Cut two tone finish, while the interior mostly features newly developed Gaucho leather.
