BMW 7 Series and X6 ActiveHybrids: Low-res images leaked

BMW has recently announced that it will present hybrid variants of the 7 Series and the X6 SUV at the Frankfurt Motor Show, and with no surprise, a couple of low-res images were leaked onto the Internet. Both models are powered by the same 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 powerplant, which is paired with one electric motor in the ActiveHybrid 7, and two motors in the X6 ActiveHybrid.

The ActiveHybrid 7 is able to pump out a total of 459HP and 760Nm of torque, while being able to deliver 29.1 miles to the gallon. The hybrid 7 can sprint to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds. The X6 ActiveHybrid, with an additional electric motor, is good for 478HP and 779Nm of torque, which can propel the SUV to 100 km/h in 5.6 seconds. The X6 ActiveHybrid can deliver 28.5 miles to the gallon. More information will be revealed along with the unveiling, but meanwhile, you can view an array of leaked images.
