MTM works on the Audi S4 3.0 TFSI : Almost 100HP more!

Tuning company MTM has worked on the Audi S4′s 3.0 TFSI V6 powerplant, adding an extra boost of power. In stock form, the powerplant makes 333HP, but with MTM’s M-Cantronic performance package, the horsepower figure is increased to 430HP, which is almost 100HP more! Moreover, the bump in power also increased torque, allowing it to settle at 515Nm at peak on the dyno.

Furthermore, MTM also revealed that customers of the new Audi A6 with the 3.0 TFSI V6 option can also opt for the M-Cantronic, which in this case, bumps up power from 290HP, to 360HP, marking a 70HP increase. Apart from the performance upgrade for the engine, MTM also offers exhaust systems with different optics (4-pipe, oval, black) with a new catalytic converter and throttle valves and Bimoto wheels in 19″ and 21″ forms. There are also MTM’s height adjustable suspension along with MTM’s brake system (380 x 34 mm-front, granulated, 8 piston caliper).

Mated with a 6 speed manual transmission, along with Audi’s quattro all wheel drive system, the Audi S4 3.0 V6 with the MTM treatment is able to sprint from naught to 100 km/h in a very respectable 4.7 seconds.
