Black Stig is Back? – Video

For fans of motoring entertainment show Top Gear, the Stig is a well loved character with an air of mystery surrounding “IT”. I can happily say there is more mystery to report as recently a clip has turned up on YouTube of the Black Stig popping his head out of the sea and walking back to dry land.
Black Stig crashed his modified Jaguar into the sea, in the earlier episodes of Top Gear and was presumed dead quickly being replaced by the white Stig. Warp yourself into the real world, and the back story really involves the identity of the white Stig being revealed, allegedly as Ben Collins, former American speedway driver and stuntman. If the clip is real and released by Top Gear, this reaffirms media speculation surrounding White Stig’s identity.
The first Black Stig “passed away” around the same time Perry McCarthy was ousted, which was confirmed in his autobiography Flat Out Flat Broke. The press release that went with this piece of footage was as follows:

The nation was shocked that the Stig was dead. However, recent footage has been found on YouTube showing that he miraculously survived. How he survived, nobody knows. Some believe he used the nitrous octane equipment from the Jag to breathe. Some believe he can communicate with dolphins and they cared for him. Has he returned because he can sense White Stig has had his identity exposed?”
What really did bug me about the footage was that Stig ran? Which I don’t think the show Top Gear, advocates. Then again he might be the new eco-friendly health conscious Stig.
