COE premiums mostly increased

COE premiums for all categories closed higher following December’s first bidding exercise. Premiums for Category A (Cars 1,600cc and below, and taxis) jumped by 7.6% to close at S$18,502 meanwhile Category B (Cars 1,601cc and above) settled at S$19,003. Premiums for Category C (Goods vehicles and buses) rested at S$18,289 and COE for two-wheelers remained unchanged at S$854. Finally premiums for the open category made a slight increase to S$18,509, up by 1.3%.
